Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Club President, Katie Brown.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

President’s Report

The minutes from the October Board meeting were discussed and on motion of John Kerst, seconded by Dan Pirallo, they were unanimously approved.
Katie requested that any Club members interested in Club Officer position should let her know of their interest. We, as a Club, need to elect an incoming President by our January Board meeting.
Scholarship donations were discussed for Kevin Kaminski. It was decided that the club would donate $500 to the High School for Four Years. Motion was made by Bob Kuusinen and seconded by Doug Vogelaar.
Sam Heslem passed away. The club voted to donate $100 to 4-H. Motion was made by John Kerst and seconded by Dean Vogelaar.
Red Ball is coming.

Secretary’s Report

Lina Cullen was welcomed to the club.

Treasurer’s Report

- It was decided that Honorary Members would pay $100 per quarter.

Membership Report

Curt encouraged members to be looking for prospects for Club membership. We currently have 38 members and we would like to cap this at 40
