“This award from our national organization validates Kelly’s hard work and determination that helps our local Clubs serve over 250 youth per day and over 1,000 annually. Kelly is a true champion for youth, and we are so fortunate to have her on our team,” said Dana Duran, Executive Director. “Kelly never shies away from asking people to support the Club in meaningful ways. She worked with Club staff to help our donors, board and youth members feel important, welcomed and valued. Kelly’s positive energy radiates in all she does, making all things possible.” Kelly has served as development director since 2019, and she has created record growth in fundraising support. “Kelly has brought a broader vision and higher goals to her position as Resource Development Director. In 2021 Kelly eclipsed past results by crafting a compelling Reach Ask for the Be Great Bash fundraiser, helped coach the Youth of the Year winner, and worked with her fundraising committee to increase support across all fundraising efforts,” said Linda Lund, Board President.
